Proposed changes to SWODXA bylaws and constitution

SWODXA Reflector

A new feature of SWODXA . ORG to provide an easy way to send an email to all the club members on the reflector. Once you join, just send an email to swodxa@swodxa.org and your message will be distributed to all who have joined the reflector. Currently there are 19 members on the list.

Use it to for ham radio related items for sale, notification of operating locations such as field day or special events, posting of contest scores, DXCC info, QSL help, etc.
